Terms and Conditions

1. WAIVER - is required for anyone wishing to participate in a Doomsday Skate session. Please sign for minors that will be in your presence.  

2. REQUIRED - Helmet, wrist guards and knee pads are required by insurer to participate. no exceptions. elbow pad optional but recommended. See "Waiver" tab for a quick digital version. 

3. PAYMENT should be made by the start of class. Cash ok with exact change. See "pay" tab for quick links to digital payment.  

4. MERCHANDISE - Doomsday Skate merchandise is now printed and shipped from Atascadero, California by The Lonely Oak @TheLonelyOak
