RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All Sales Final — No Refunds

All roller skate and safety gear rentals provided by Doomsday Skate — Everyone Rolls Rentals (EOR) are final sale. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, except as required by California law.

NO REFUNDS

To the fullest extent permitted under California law:

• No refunds for unused rentals
• No refunds for early returns
• No refunds for missed events or late arrival
• No refunds due to weather, personal scheduling conflicts, dissatisfaction, or change of plans

LIMITED EXCHANGES (AT EVENT ONLY)

• Size exchanges may be offered on-site only and are subject to availability
• Exchanges are not guaranteed and may be limited by inventory

EQUIPMENT CONDITION & ISSUES

All equipment is inspected prior to rental and provided “as-is” in safe, working condition.

• Renter must notify staff immediately at the event of any issue
• If a defect is confirmed, EOR will make a reasonable effort to repair or replace the item
• Failure to report an issue at the time of use constitutes acceptance of the equipment condition

EVENT CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES

If an event is canceled by the event host or organizer, rentals may be transferred to a future event or issued as store credit, at EOR’s discretion

No refunds will be issued unless required by California law

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by California law, Doomsday Skate LLC — Everyone Rolls Rentals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to rental use, delays, or event conditions.

CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

By completing a rental, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for any reason inconsistent with this policy. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with California law.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By completing your rental, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Return & Refund Policy.
